We can’t control what happens after hours so we have a staff member on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for situations that require immediate attention such as when hospital/emergency room patients need a new brace. If you need assistance right away, please call 513.793.7335 and listen for our on-call service. Leave a message and the Bioworks staff member on call will call you back right away.
